Acquiring and growing founder-owned service businesses supporting buildings, facilities & infrastructure.
Corven Holdings is a long-term-oriented investment firm focused on acquiring and growing established, cash-flowing service businesses that help keep buildings, facilities, infrastructure, and other critical physical assets operational, safe, reliable, and compliant.
The firm seeks majority-control acquisitions of founder-owned and privately held companies where ownership transition, continuity for employees and customers, and disciplined growth are priorities.
Approach
Corven is built around thoughtful ownership, continuity, and disciplined growth.
We partner with strong existing teams, develop the next layer of leadership where possible, and supplement with experienced operating talent when appropriate.
The goal is to preserve what has made a company successful while providing capital, strategic support, financial discipline, systems, business development, and M&A capabilities to help the business grow through a thoughtful ownership transition.
For business owners considering a transition, Corven seeks to be a thoughtful and discreet partner focused on continuity for employees, customers, and the legacy of the business.
Corven brings institutional transaction experience and a disciplined, seller-aligned approach to evaluating and growing durable service businesses.
Operating Principles
Continuity
Preserve customer relationships, employee trust, and the legacy of the business.
Leadership
Support existing management and develop internal leadership where possible.
Discipline
Bring capital, financial systems, business development, and M&A capability without disrupting what already works.
Focus
Corven is particularly drawn to service businesses with recurring maintenance needs, technical expertise, field execution, regulatory requirements, and customer trust. Together, these attributes support durable demand and defensible market positions.
Corven’s core interest areas include testing, inspection, compliance, and certification services; industrial, facility, and environmental services; electrical and power services; and water and utility infrastructure services — along with other specialized field and technical services supporting buildings, facilities, infrastructure, and other physical assets.
We look for established companies with recurring or repeat revenue, resilient demand, strong customer relationships, defensible local or regional market positions, and opportuities for disciplined growth.
Experience
Corven Holdings is led by Todd Feldman, Founder & Managing Partner.
Todd has more than 13 years of investment experience across real estate and private equity, with a focus on platform investments, acquisitions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, GP/sponsor equity investments, investment partnerships, and long-term portfolio strategy.
Prior to founding Corven, Todd co-founded Avo Capital Partners, a privately held real estate investment platform focused on multifamily and select commercial investments across U.S. growth markets.
Before Avo, Todd was the first hire at TriPost Capital Partners, where he helped build and execute the firm’s investment platform from inception. His experience at TriPost included strategic platform investments, growth equity, buyouts, recapitalizations, joint ventures, GP/sponsor equity investments, and transactions involving real estate operating companies and assets across multiple sectors.
His prior transaction experience includes nationally scaled private real estate platforms across multifamily, student housing, industrial, and related sectors.
That experience gave Todd direct exposure to the maintenance, compliance, and vendor relationships that keep buildings, facilities, infrastructure, and other critical physical assets operational, safe, reliable, and compliant. That perspective informs Corven’s focus on the specialized service businesses that support those needs.
Todd received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, with a minor in Real Estate and a concentration in Law.
Outside of work, Todd lives in Stamford, Connecticut with his wife, son, and golden retriever.
